Read these instructions carefully.
SHARP! Do not touch the cutter wheel or cut end directly with finger or hand. It could cause injury. Apply grease to bearing before replacement. Do not use this cutter wheel on anything except TC-28,TC-32 and TC-42.
Instructions
Detach E-Ring from cutter wheel pin. Replace the cutter wheel and bearing at same time and set new E-ring.
