Hydraulic spreaders and lifting wedges BETEX 25 TLS deliver 25 tons of spreading and lifting capacity at a working pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi). Designed for demanding workshop and maintenance operations, it performs precise lifting or separation of components with minimal effort.
The tool lifts loads perpendicularly and enables accurate height adjustments such as shaft alignment by a single operator. It is easy to position, lightweight, and highly practical for field and workshop applications. The BETEX 25 TLS fits into openings as small as 8 mm and can spread up to 43 mm.
Hardened, high-quality steel jaws with a reduced nose thickness allow use in narrow access points where conventional wedges cannot fit. The integrated safety block locks the load securely, enabling safe removal of the wedge or spreader.
