BETEX 15 TLS Duo-Set (Art. No. 789162) is a professional hydraulic wedge set engineered for controlled lifting, alignment, and separation of mechanical components. It features two synchronized wedges operating together to lift in parallel, maintaining stability and preventing torsion or uneven load distribution.
Each 15 TLS wedge delivers 15 tons of lifting force under 700 bar operating pressure. The minimum insertion gap is 5 mm, and the maximum opening reaches 40 mm, allowing efficient access to confined spaces during shaft alignment, gearbox installation, and flange separation. The single-acting spring return mechanism ensures automatic retraction after use, while hardened and ground steel surfaces guarantee high durability under load.
The Duo-Set includes a two-stage hand pump equipped with an integrated oil manifold, two precision pressure gauges, and 1.5 m high-pressure hoses with quick couplers for immediate use. Each wedge connects securely to the manifold, allowing synchronized operation for precise, even lifting.
