BCF Fixed Beam Clamp with Hook
Load Capacity from 1 to 30 Tons
BCF Fixed Beam Clamp is a practical tool for lifting and extending operations on fixed beams. This clamp can handle lifting needs ranging from 1.0 to 30.0 tons, with newly added 6.0 and 10.0-ton versions designed to accommodate beams with larger widths.
What is a Fixed Beam Clamp?
BCF is designed with a flexible and quick attachment point for lifting equipment, along with an attached hook point. This product is versatile and can be used for lifting or pulling at various angles on fixed beams. Notably, the BCF beam clamp can bear loads at a 90° angle without load reduction and up to a 15° angle for inclined loads.
No deration up to 90° has been established for Tiger BCF model clamps and applies only for overhead beam attachments. It DOES NOT apply when used for lifting beams. We advise that structural calculations are carried out on all beams and supporting steel work by qualified engineering departments to ensure safe operation.
Key features:
- Pulling Orientation: Designed for longitudinal pulling along the beam.
- Beam Size Compatibility: Suitable for various beam flange widths from 75mm to 457mm.
- Operating Temperature: Functions within a temperature range from -50°C to +50°C. Safety factor of 4:1.
(I-Beam Clamp, Standard Model. Various size specifications are available; however, this version excludes some details, presenting only the key dimensions. For more detailed information, please contact us.) - Standards Compliance: Meets BS EN 13155:2003+A2:2009 and AS4991 standards.
Additionally, the product is equipped with an adjustable multi-directional screw to enhance clamping force across various beam sizes. The wide jaw surface area ensures an even load distribution on the beam. For models ranging from 1 to 10 tons, an optional locking feature is available (pre-installed on models from 15 to 30 tons).
