BETEX MF Generator 2.5 – 44kW is a medium-frequency induction heating system engineered for the controlled mounting and dismounting of metal components. Operating at 10–25 kHz and delivering up to 44 kW, it uses forced air cooling and supports heating up to 300 °C. The generator features a compact body, equipped with a 3.5-inch color touchscreen that allows direct control of heating power, temperature, and duration.

The unit includes two magnetic temperature sensors rated for 300 °C, enabling real-time ΔT (Delta T) monitoring. This function helps avoid internal stress by limiting the maximum temperature difference between two measured points. Users can track both setpoint and actual values for temperature, power, and frequency on the display.

The system is compatible with both fixed and flexible inductors, depending on the workpiece geometry. It is used in industrial applications such as mounting or dismounting bearings, sleeves, labyrinth rings, and coupling components—especially in sectors like rail transport, steel processing, wind power, and heavy machinery. All heating operations are flame-free, without the use of oil or gas, minimizing energy loss and safety risk.
