BETEX Flexible Inductor 44 kW – 300 °C version is designed for demanding industrial heating tasks where higher temperatures and robust durability are essential. Built for seamless connection to BETEX Medium-Frequency Generators rated at 44 kW, this inductor enables efficient, stress-free mounting and dismounting of large components such as bearings, labyrinth rings, sleeves, couplings, and transmission parts.

This variant uses a Ø 28 mm flexible cable rated for continuous operation up to 300 °C, providing a higher thermal capacity compared to the 180 °C models. It is available in lengths of 15 m, 20 m, 25 m, and 30 m, offering flexibility to match the workpiece size and heating requirements. The minimum winding diameter is approximately 220 mm, ensuring compatibility with large-diameter parts while maintaining efficient heat transfer.

The inductor can be positioned in three primary ways: wrapped around the workpiece, inserted inside it, or laid flat over a surface. This adaptability makes it suitable for irregular shapes and complex assemblies, eliminating the need for conventional yokes or rigid coil setups.

For stable placement during heating, optional magnetic holders (supplied in boxes of five) can secure the coil in the desired position. A dedicated 44 kW connection set—available with or without SMART inductor recognition—ensures quick and correct attachment to the generator.
