Description

BETEX Flexible Inductor 22 kW with a Ø 15 mm heating cable is designed for use with BETEX Medium-Frequency Generators rated at 22 kW. This configuration delivers controlled induction heating for mounting and dismounting medium-to-large components, including bearings, sleeves, couplings, labyrinth rings, and other cylindrical or ring-shaped parts.

Rated for continuous operation up to 180 °C, it provides a safe and uniform heat distribution without mechanical stress or open flame. Available in lengths from 15 m to 35 m, it adapts to various workpiece dimensions while maintaining efficient heat transfer. The minimum winding diameter is approximately 140 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in maintenance and production.
