Rennsteig HPZ 50.1 delivers reliable crimping performance for copper and aluminium conductors from 10 mm² to 185 mm² (Cu) and 10 mm² to 150 mm² (Al). The two-hand hydraulic mechanism increases crimping power while keeping operation light and precise. Each stroke provides consistent compression for durable electrical connections.
The 180° rotating crimping head allows flexible positioning during work in cabinets or tight spaces. The quick-open latch ensures fast die changes without tools. The forged steel body withstands long-term industrial use and resists corrosion, ensuring strength and accuracy over thousands of cycles.
HPZ 50.1 includes a durable plastic case with 15 compartments for additional die sets. The tool accepts Rennsteig hexagonal, WM-profile, and indent dies, enabling use across multiple connection types. Every die is precision-ground and meets DIN 46235 and DIN 46329 standards for copper and aluminium lugs.
