Job description
- Manage and supervise assigned sales teams.
- Handle and be responsible for key orders within the team.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the sales plan to meet company targets.
- Assign tasks, control quality of work, and provide training and guidance for team members.
- Act as the focal point for receiving and communicating new policies, regulations, and project-related issues.
- Resolve customer-related concerns and ensure smooth workflow.
- Report directly to the Sales Director/Board of Directors.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.

- Strong communication, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and income-driven mindset.
- English: basic communication proficiency.
