Job description

  • Manage and supervise assigned sales teams.
  • Handle and be responsible for key orders within the team.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the sales plan to meet company targets.
  • Assign tasks, control quality of work, and provide training and guidance for team members.
  • Act as the focal point for receiving and communicating new policies, regulations, and project-related issues.
  • Resolve customer-related concerns and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director/Board of Directors.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical sales.
  • Preferably experienced in managing a team of 5–10 people in the technical sales sector.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Ambitious, results-oriented, and income-driven mindset.
  • English: basic communication proficiency.
