Controlled cooling and sequence mode
The MF-GENERATOR3.1 adds controlled cooling with an adjustable temperature-time profile. It monitors workpiece temperature throughout the cooling process. If cooling runs faster than the set rate, the system adds heat to slow the drop.
Sequence mode runs five programmable steps in a defined order. Steps include temperature, temperature with speed, and pause. You place one or more sensors on the workpiece during sequence mode. Network operation excludes sequence mode.
ΔT monitoring with two sensors
ΔT monitoring uses sensors T1 and T2 to track temperature difference across the workpiece. T1 acts as the main sensor and controls the process. When ΔT exceeds the configured limit, the system pauses heating. This supports applications where temperature gradients matter.
Data logging, USB, and networking
USB supports data logging and firmware updates. Logging can export files for reporting and traceability. The system supports network communication between multiple generators. One generator logs when you couple generators. The log setup appears on the generator where you press START.
