The EZR one-handed clamp by BESSEY can now also be used for Bosch and Mafell guide rails.
One-handed clamp for various types of guide rails
The EZR one-handed clamp, after its successful market release, now offers even more versatility. This is because BESSEY has developed additional products that allow for the secure attachment of Bosch and Mafell guide rails through an adapter set.
The new EZR15SET product package consists of two one-handed clamps—with a mounting part on the bottom and a guide that has groove dimensions ranging from 12 x 6.5 mm to 12 x 8 mm on top—as well as two special adapters. When mounted on top, the clamp can secure guide rails with a groove size of 12 x 1.8 mm. This complete product package offers a unique range of applications thanks to the interchangeability and secure attachment of individual components without the need for tools. On one side, guide rails from brands like Festool, Protool, Metabo, Makita, Hitachi/Hikoki, Dewalt, and now, with the new adapters, Bosch and Mafell can also be securely clamped.

Additionally, the 75 kg clamping force clamps can be used as standard one-handed clamps for clamping and spreading and can be stacked. They are suitable for profiles as well as workbenches. The clamps are very user-friendly. Their two-component plastic handle with a pump lever on the back ensures safe access from both sides. Thanks to the release lever located on the handle, the sliding arm can be adjusted quickly, and the clamp can be removed once the work is completed.
An integrated crosswise prism system in the protective caps allows for the secure clamping of round, pointed, and angled workpieces. BESSEY does not compromise on durability either. The upper and lower parts are made from glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide, and the profiled rail is made from tempered and blackened steel. Furthermore, the handle mechanism is protected from dust and debris by a plastic cover.

The clamps included in the EZR15SET package have a clamping width of 150 mm (jaw opening of 120-310 mm) and a throat depth of 60 mm. It is priced at 48.49 euros (recommended retail price including VAT).
