Description

The BETEX VB 201 manifold valve is a hydraulic valve that has one inlet and two outlets. It is designed to handle a maximum working pressure of 700 bar or 10,000 psi. The valve features 3/8 inch NPT threading with a dust cap for added protection.

  • 1 way in, 2 ways out
  • Maximum working pressure: 700 bar, 10000psi
  • Threading: 3/8 inch NPT with dust cap.
  • Handle for tightening can remove cap.
  • Width: 150mm
    Height: 63.5 mm
The handle on the valve can be used to tighten or loosen the cap. In terms of dimensions, the valve has a width of 150mm and a height of 63.5mm.

To use the BETEX VB 201 manifold valve, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the valve is securely mounted or connected to the hydraulic system or equipment.
  2. Identify the inlet port, which is the single port where hydraulic fluid enters the valve.
  3. Identify the two outlet ports, which are the ports where hydraulic fluid will be directed to.
  4. If the valve has a dust cap, remove it by loosening it with the handle provided. Set the cap aside in a clean and safe place.
  5. Determine the desired flow direction. The inlet port should be connected to the source of hydraulic fluid, while the outlet ports should be connected to the components or systems that require hydraulic power.
  6. Connect the hydraulic hoses or fittings to the inlet and outlet ports, ensuring they are securely tightened and leak-free. Use appropriate adapters or fittings if necessary to achieve a proper connection.
  7. Once the connections are made, ensure that all other valves in the hydraulic system are in the appropriate positions to enable fluid flow through the VB 201 manifold valve.
  8. If the valve has a handle for tightening, use it to securely fasten the valve, ensuring that all connections are properly sealed.
  9. Activate the hydraulic system or equipment, allowing the hydraulic fluid to flow through the VB 201 manifold valve and into the desired components or systems.
  10. Monitor the hydraulic system for proper operation, checking for any leaks or abnormalities. Adjust the valve as needed to control the flow or pressure of the hydraulic fluid.
  11. When finished using the valve or if maintenance is required, close any relevant valves in the hydraulic system to stop the flow of hydraulic fluid. Securely tighten the handle or replace the dust cap, if applicable.
