BETEX MF-GENERATOR3.1 – 44kW represents the next generation of middle-frequency inductive heating systems. It improves heating efficiency, cycle control, and ease of operation through a 7-inch touchscreen interface.

The system supports controlled cooling based on a programmable temperature-time curve and maintains stable
performance for steel, stainless steel, titanium, and specific bronze alloys. It offers five heating modes, including the ΔT function with two magnetic sensors that monitor and control temperature differences.

The generator records all heating cycles through USB in CSV or PDF format. Optional networking allows up to ten units to connect in one system. The machine works with fixed or flexible inductors and remains compatible with the earlier MF-GENERATOR3.0
accessories.

Connection sets
The 3-meter connection cables serve as the link between the BETEX MF-GENERATOR3.1 – 44kW and the selected inductor. They carry the full output power of the generator, so they use heavy-duty conductors with insulation suitable for high-frequency inductive heating.
Standard 3m connection cable (Part no: 350200985)
This cable connects the generator to any compatible 44kW inductor. It transfers power at full capacity but does not support automatic inductor recognition. The operator must manually select or confirm the heating parameters on the touchscreen. This cable suits situations where technicians regularly use the same inductors or rely on custom settings.
3m connection cable with inductor recognition (Part no: 350200986)
This upgraded cable includes the inductor recognition module. It sends identification data from the inductor to the generator, allowing the system to load predefined parameters such as optimal power, frequency, and heating limits. This improves safety and reduces setup time. It also ensures consistent heating when switching between inductors during complex tasks.
