Pipe Vises PV-02 Capacity O.D 63-130mm, MCC – Made in Japan

The pipe vises PV-02 are specifically designed for firefighting or pipe fabrication purposes. They are made from solid cast ductile iron, and the pipe gripping jaws are made of high-frequency forged steel, ensuring durability. The teeth of the jaws are extremely hard and resistant to wear and corrosion.

The vise features a C-hook locking mechanism, with V-shaped upper and lower jaws, allowing for quick pipe gripping. The T-shaped handle is made of steel, with smooth thread pitch, providing a tight and secure grip to prevent the pipe from slipping during operation.

These pipe vises are manufactured by MCC Japan and are available in four different models, each suitable for different maximum pipe diameters. The entire frame, except for the V-shaped jaws and handle, is coated with red electrostatic paint.

The pipe vises belong to the PV-02 series and can be used as bench-mounted vises or securely fixed to a work surface. The base of the vise is designed with pre-drilled holes for screw attachment. The pipe gripping jaws have a safety locking mechanism, and there is an additional safety hole to prevent accidental unlocking.
