ELORA 468-Bi wire stripper and side cutter is a versatile tool designed to meet the demands of both wire stripping and cutting with precision. Crafted from ELORA’s high-grade tool steel C60, also known as 1.0601, this tool offers durability and performance. It adheres to standards similar to DIN ISO 5749, ensuring its quality and reliability.
Equipped with nonslip QUATROLIT®-2C handles, the ELORA 468-Bi provides a comfortable and secure grip during use. Its design incorporates stripping holes specifically for single and multi-wire conductors of 1.5 mm² and 2.5 mm² diameter, making it suitable for a variety of wire sizes. The oval head design facilitates ease of access in tight spaces, enhancing its functionality.
The tool has been engineered for maximum stability under load through inductive hardening, a process that also contributes to the cutting edges’ hardness of 63-65 HRC. This high level of hardness makes it ideal for cutting medium hard wire and steel wire with a tensile strength of 1600N/mm².
